Frequently Asked Questions
- What is your cancellation policy?
- Cancellations will only be accepted within 10 days of making a reservation or by cancellation of trips by the Chancellor or Superintendent of schools.
- Do chaperones pay for their tickets?
- Free tickets are for school staff only. Chaperones attending the performance pay the same price as the students.
- What if my student is absent?
- We do not offer refunds for absentees.
- Do you accept credit cards?
- YES - Beginning in September 2011, we will be accepting Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and PayPal. An additional 3% service fee will apply.
